Here, we do end to end turnkey execution of the interior designing plans and drawings made by your Interior Designer or Architect.

This stands out as our forte. Herein, we work closely with your preferred Interior Designer / Architect. He / she develops the designs and drawings for your dream home / dream space. We then take over and do the complete end to end turnkey execution of the contract.

Our scope of work includes complete execution of the contract. So, we will manage everything including the furniture, electrical, plumbing, civil & masonry, POP, painting, polishing, HVAC, artifacts, wall arts, upholstery, décor, etc.

In such contracts, we get involved right from the designing stage. We also have reputed and experienced Indian and overseas Interior Designers on our panel, who guide us all through and provide their valuable inputs, where necessary, to ensure the best results for our clients.

Under this model, we work seamlessly under the guidance of your Interior Designer / Architect and deliver outstanding quality and finish within a realistic time frame, thanks to our state of art factory and skilled & experienced team.

Post work completion, we render seamless after sales services (as per our warranty clauses) to the client.

Herein, we can take up limited work too, if necessary. For e.g., only furniture or furniture + civil, etc.

Here, our experienced and renowned Interior Designers from India / overseas first prepare the full interior designing plan for you. Once approved, we then do end to end turnkey execution of the same.

This stands out as our complete service offering. Here, our Interior Designers prepare a beautiful design for your space based on your specific requirements, preferences and budget.

Once the designing is complete and approved, our execution team takes over and executes the full contract.

We also make modular kitchens and customized furniture of high quality, should that be your only need.

Herein, based on your requirements, our experienced and renowned Interior Designers from India / overseas prepare the modular kitchen / furniture design for you first. Once approved, we build your modular kitchen / customized furniture in our factory and then assemble it at the work site. We can also work on the design prepared by your Interior Designer or Architect.

We work only with standardized, branded and international quality raw materials and the whole modular kitchen / furniture is manufactured in our state of art factory with European precision machinery and technology.

So, when we make a modular kitchen or customized furniture for you, be rest assured of the class, finish and quality!

Can Lusso work with our Interior Designer and provide us with end-to-end contracting services?

Absolutely yes. We work with Interior Designers across India and execute contracts to as per their specifications. We are happy to work with your preferred Interior Designer and deliver as per your customized requirements. Further, we also have a team of experienced in-house Interior Designers, should you require us to do both designing and contract execution.

How long does Lusso take to design and execute an interior designing contract?

Would depend on several factors such as the size of the space to be designed, the type of design sought and the level of complexity in the design. While it is difficult to give a fixed time frame, on a ball park basis, we could assume that designing plus execution would work at around 20 square feet (carpet area) a day. So, 900 square feet flat with moderate levels of work should be ready in around 45 days.

Is Lusso a ‘value for money’ proposition?

Yes, without the slightest doubt! Manufacturing quality furniture in a state of art modular furniture factory is much more economical and faster than making furniture the traditional way at the work site. Goes with saying that factory finished furniture is of better quality and has flawless finishing, which cannot be achieved at the same level in the case of handmade furniture. Outside India, interior fitout companies like us are a very routine trend. This concept is now fast catching up in India as well.

Does Lusso focus only on turnkey interior contracts?

While majority of our assignments are end to end turnkey interior contracts, we also do customized furniture and modular kitchens for our clients based on their specific needs and requirements. So, we do manufacture customized furniture with a smaller order size as well.
