They generally do onsite furniture making by hand; or They sub-contract the furniture making to small factories which work with basic machinery. This leads to supply of below average quality furniture with sub-standard finishing.

We use branded, genuine and handpicked raw materials which are duly aligned to the budget of the client. Granular details about all the raw materials used are shared with the client.

Their primary focus is on cost cutting, so as to quote a low contract value at the inception. Raw materials are often heavily compromised in the process. The focus is to just finish off the job somehow, thrill the client momentarily and move off.

Pricing Transparency

We provide a detailed quotation (BOQ) and a guarantee of “zero cost escalation”. We follow optimum transparency around the contract pricing.

15 to 25% cost escalation is the standard rule of the game. Lumpsum contract value is often quoted without getting into item wise details.

Sourcing & Vendor Tie ups

We have formal tie ups with the best Indian and international brands for all necessary supplies and add ons. Our margins are capped and fully transparent, since we share itemized cost details with every client. We earn our margins transparently through quality work and have nothing to hide from our clients.

Local sourcing is done and quality compromise in raw materials is rampant to ensure margins on all purchases made. In lowly priced contracts, commissions from raw material suppliers act as a major source of hidden revenue.

Professionalism

Professional management of every turnkey contract is done by our efficient and qualified team with absolutely minimal involvement of the client. We hire world class artisans and every staff member of ours is on our payroll. |
Shoddy management of the contract is done with much left to be done by the client himself. Cheap labour is sourced on daily payment basis, owing to which there are delays, lack of continuity and poor workmanship. |
Interior Designers In-house

World class Indian and international Interior Designers are there on our panel to guide us and design for our esteemed clients. |
Young and inexperienced local Interior Designers are hired to execute the contract for a small commission. Most often, these Interior Designers lack adequate experience and actually get paid to learn on the job! |
