OUR PROCESS FLOW

Where we do Both Designing and Contracting
Step 1: Discussion
There is a complimentary consultation here where our designing team meets the client to understand the client’s exact requirements.

This is followed by a site visit by our designing team.
Step 2: Planning
Our designing team now works out the initial plan keeping in perspective the client’s requirements, circulation, ergonomics and furniture placement. The goal here is to accommodate within the available space, all the utilities and functionalities which the client has requested for, without compromising on the aesthetics.

The base of a good design is an efficient furniture plan with appropriately scaled furniture. Our designing team puts in its best here and keeps on making necessary tweaks to the plan till it is fully in line with the client’s requirements and expectations.

In this phase, we also arrive at a tentative budget for the project (including lighting, decor, grey goods, artifacts, curtains, etc.).
Step 3: Confirmation
Our designing team now meets the client and seeks confirmation on -

   Space Planning
   Approximate Estimate
   Design Charges
   Time Schedule

Once we receive these confirmations and an advance for the designing piece (50% of the total designing fee), we immediately commence work on the concept.
Step 4: Concept
Step 4a: 2D ELEVATIONS

The first step towards conceptualization is creating the 2D elevations, reference pictures and material overview.

This is shared with the client and discussed in detail. Once the 2D elevations get frozen, we move towards the 3D grey views.

Step 4b: 3D GREY VIEWS

The selected concept and choices are then refined and developed into a more detailed 3D grey format for better understanding of the client.

Step 4c: 3D COLOUR VIEWS

Once the 3D grey views are approved by the client, our design concept booklet is presented to the client. This contains full colour perspective illustration and graphics of all the rooms designed.

Seeing this document, the client knows how things would exactly look like post execution of the contract (98 to 99% accuracy).
Step 5: Technical Drawings
Bringing a design to reality is the most complex creative process.

In this phase, the selected designs are transformed into working drawings for the work to commence at the site.

The working drawing package is completed using the industry standard software program, AutoCAD.

Our drawings are extremely detailed, precise, contain complete dimensions and include all necessary notes, so as to ensure that no impromptu decisions have to be taken at the site during work execution.

The technical drawings we make include -

   The Furniture Layout Plan
   Civil / Partition Plan
   Plumbing Plan
   Electrical Plan
   Recession Ceiling Plan
   Detailed Drawings of the Furniture

The role of our designing team ends here.

The balance 50% designing fee becomes payable at this stage.
Step 6: Procurement
Our execution team now comes into picture.

We will work out a detailed Bill of Quantities (“BOQ”) for the exact costing of the turnkey contract, and the same will be shared with the client.

Once the client approves it, we commence work on the contract, post receipt of 50% advance of the contract amount.
Step 7: Execution
The work execution commences at this stage. This will be a combination of onsite work (masonry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, POP, false ceiling, painting and some furniture) and offsite work (most furniture shall be made in our state of art factory).

A dedicated team (which is led by a Project Manager) will co-ordinate with the client all through this phase.

Site visits are planned at scheduled intervals to ensure smooth execution of the contract in the promised time frame.
Step 8: Handover
Once the contract is executed, we arrange for a visit of the client to our factory, so that the client can see the complete furniture made at the factory.

After the client’s factory visit and sign off, the furniture is dispatched to the site and assembled there. At this stage, balance 50% of the contracted amount becomes payable.

This is followed by final touch ups by carpenters and painters and deep cleaning of the site.

Parallelly, our execution team assists the client at this stage in purchase of accessories and decor (rugs, paintings, artifacts, clocks, bed sheets, etc.).

Once the site is fully ready and loaded, it is time for some celebration - which closely follows the handover ceremony!

During the hand over, we also pass on the necessary guarantee / warranty papers and other accessories to the client.
Step 9: After Sales Services
The client is provided with necessary helpline numbers for future after sales services.

Services of electrician, plumber and carpenter (restricted to maintenance / repairs) are free for 3 years from the date of handover.

Services continue after 3 years as well in lieu of payment of visit charges.

Standard work warranty provided is for 10 years.
Where we do Only Contracting
Step 1: Discussion
There is a complimentary consultation here where our execution team meets the client’s Interior Designer / Architect and the client to understand their exact requirements.

This is followed by a site visit by our execution team.

In this phase, our execution team would also have multiple rounds of meetings with the client’s Interior Designer / Architect to understand all the finer nuances.

Our Execution Philosophy

What we create for our clients aligns with :
Their Personality

A house is always a reflection of its owner's personality.
We respect this aspect.

Their Budget

End of the day, it all boils down to the client's budget. We ensure that we are fitting the bill.

Their Exact Needs

Our whole framework circles around the client's exact needs. Practicality is as important as the designing and execution.

Their Vision

How well we implement our client visualisation determines our success.
